About Jaab Cards

• We take great pride in our quality control standards.
• Jaab Cards are handmade on natural mulberry paper - slight variations are part of the charm.
• There are 6 exclusive Jaab colours in production: RED, ORANGE, YELLOW, GREEN, BLUE & PINK.
• PURPLE has been discontinued and is replaced by YELLOW.

Jaab's Pricing Policy

• Our website prices are the same as our Bangkok retail prices.
• Prices are based on the Thai Baht.

Jaab's Payment and Billing Policy

• PayPal is our selected method of payment.
• It is the safest, easiest way to pay online.
• With PayPal you can pay with a credit card, bank account or PayPal balance.
• PayPal does not currently have a Thai Baht facility, therefore please select the currency you wish to pay in from our Currency Menu.

Returns Policy

• In the event that you are dissatisfied with your order, you may contact us to return the product within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will process a refund that will not include the cost to ship the product back to us.
• Custom cards CANNOT be returned, so it is important that you make sure the message you give us is accurate. In the case of custom orders, an image will be emailed to you before your order goes into production. Once you have confirmed that the order is to your specifications, the product cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Sales Tax

• We do not access sales tax on internet orders. However, it is your responsibility to pay sales tax on any item you purchase on the internet according to the laws of your country or state.
